A story of sensations

Romina Pesolano Langenskiöld grew up overseas: born in Argentina, lover of flavors, she gained a strong work experience during 15 years in gastronomic restaurants and in the event industry. She created Fusion des Sens in 2009 to offer a quality service to cuisine and to events conception.  “When I was 13, I knew exactly what I wanted to do in life: cooking. Four years after, I joined a culinary arts school in Buenos Aires and since that day, I’ve never stopped.”

Renowned places, gastronomic caterers, French Master Chefs, embassies in Europe and in Argentina… Like the chefs she used to work with and after having worked in many institutional kitchens, Romina chose to push the boundaries of gastronomy even further. With Fusion des Sens, she approaches her cuisine in an unconventional manner, non-standardized, with sincerity and sensitiveness: “I imagined a catering where the client could create his own menu instead of having to chose from a standardized one.”

Fusion des Sens offers a real tailor-made experience. With a keen interest in travelling and cultures, Romina has developed many culinary identities to offer a selection of dishes, which closely resemble the client.

Romina cares about the seasonality, the balance of flavors, the textures of nature and the very essence of the products. Her creativity has no limit, except authenticity: “I find in cooking a constant need to express myself, to share, to learn… It’s impossible to satisfy my hunger for this work. It allows us to discover new sensations and give pleasure.” As her creator does, Fusion keeps cultivating the senses.

Fusion of competences is as important as fusion of senses. We bring our talents together: virtuosi cooks, dining room artists, cocktail masters, environment and live experience builders, connoisseurs of flowers, interpreters of music, tableware specialists, but also technicians, movers, seamstresses, magicians, photographers, some younger, others wiser, creative, finders… All those talents gathered together with a strong desire to surprise you every day.  

Our catering and event services are tailor-made, according to your wishes, your tastes and your feeling. We always organize a first meeting and draw up a list with your expectations in order to discover you and know you better. 

Cocktail parties, lunches and dinners, staff events, weddings, conferences, salons, Bat and Bar Mitzvah, breakfasts, personalized cooking classes, baby showers…

Our gastronomic cuisine is composed entirely of fresh, first-rate quality and seasonal products. Our experience, our travels, our cultures and others’ cultures, and the ones we don’t know yet, allow us to offer a flavored cuisine from around the world.

We cook without fuss: our hors d’oeuvres and dishes are fresh, tasty, artisanal and authentic.  We place particular emphasis on working in a friendly atmosphere, with a professional team.

We offer tailor-made menus, even if there are some dishes that we highly recommend. Every catering menu has to be thought and discussed with our clients, according to their expectations, their tastes and depending on how they picture the event

Our balance starts with our daily diet. “It’s how I came up with this desire to broaden my experience within organic cuisine, which surprises me every day with its diversity”, Romina says. Ancient flour and heritage cereals, non-processed sugars, eco-friendly products grown in their natural environment… There are many resources to make a simple cuisine which promote healthy lifestyles.”

We offer some vegan, organic and gluten-free menus for all kind of events. We also give cooking lessons (minimum of 6 people).
